You run a limited company. You want the fundamentals of your accounting and tax handled by a safe pair of hands, so you're free to focus on the work that makes you money.
Every Cole Accounting client starts here. The Essentials Package covers everything HMRC and Companies House expect from you, done properly, on time, every time.
What's included:
- Annual statutory accounts prepared and filed
- Corporation tax return prepared and filed
- Confirmation statement filed with Companies House (Filing fee recharged)
- Monthly bookkeeping
- Payroll for directors and staff
- Auto-enrolment pension administration
- VAT returns prepared and filed
- Cloud accounting software subscription ( recharged with partner discount dependent upon package)
- Fee protection insurance
- Annual review meeting with your accountant

The Add-ons
Build the support your business actually needs
The Essentials Package keeps you compliant. Our add-on packages help you go further, with clearer numbers, stronger cash flow, and a plan for where you and your business are heading. Add one, add several, or add them as you grow. Each is a fixed monthly fee on top of your Essentials Package.
Clarity Management Accounts
from £75 + VAT per month
Do you know how your business performed last quarter, or are you waiting until year end to find out?
With Clarity, you'll never be in the dark about your numbers again. Each quarter, we prepare your management accounts, translate them into plain English, and sit down with you to talk through what they mean for your business.

Foresight Cashflow Planning & Clarity Management Accounts
from £200 + VAT per month
Ever been caught out by a VAT bill or a quiet month? You're not alone and it's avoidable.
Foresight gives you a rolling quarterly cashflow forecast, updated every month, so you can see pinch points long before they arrive. No more nasty surprises. No more sleepless nights before payday.

Owner's Wealth Director Remuneration & Tax Planning
from £50 + VAT per month, per director, when taken with the Clarity package

Owner's Wealth is personal tax planning for company directors and shareholders. We plan your salary, dividends and pension contributions around your profits and your personal goals, so more of what you earn stays with you.
